Dental Industry Heads to Parliament
21st Aug 18
The annual Dental Industry Meets Parliament Roundtable on 16 October 2018 provides an opportunity for member businesses to raise issues with those able to shape the commercial, technical, and regulatory environment in which the dental industry operates.
Key Issues For The Dental Industry —
As the peak business organisation representing manufacturers and suppliers of innovative dental products, the Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) works with the nation’s political leadership in order to cut red-tape for member businesses. A key component of this advocacy strategy is the annual Dental Industry Parliamentary Roundtable initiative which will be held at Parliament House on 16 October 2018.
This annual event affords the opportunity for a cross-section of ADIA’s membership, including large suppliers, small to medium enterprises (SME), and Australian manufacturers, to directly share its views with key parliamentary stakeholders and senior representatives of the Australian Government. The objective of the Roundtable is to help the nation’s leadership understand what needs to be done to allow the dental industry to grow sustainably, invest in innovation, and create high-tech manufacturing jobs.
ADIA is recognised across the nation as an authoritative source of policy advice and each year the meeting is as keenly attended by external stakeholders as it is ADIA member representatives.
